  We had a very good stay. The owner is very helpful and friendly The poolarea is well equipped with chairs and beds and everything is cleaned and rearranged every day The Tigglio apartment has a big covered balcony with great views of the hillside

  Only annoying thing was the WiFi that kept falling out so you need to log in again Small thing but the kids was desperate

  Taille du logement et déco sobre et avec goût Vue panoramique

  - Mauvaise insonorisation dans les appartements - Le propriétaire n'hésite pas à faire ses gros travaux de jardinage à partir de 9h du matin (tondeuse, tronçonneuse autour de la piscine). - nous sommes restés 2 semaines et les draps et serviettes de bain devaient être changés à la fin de la première. Ça n'a pas été fait, il a fallu le rappeler à Carlo après 8 jours, et il était visiblement contrarié. - quant aux alentours, le sud de la Toscane est beaucoup moins industriel, les paysages y sont plus jolis.

  Si vous êtes très matinal et voulez visiter Florence, Pise (1h de route) et Lucques (50 minutes) cet endroit est fait pour vous.

  Désolé pour l'évaluation ''médiocre'' addréssée à moi, le propriétaire. Pour ce qui concerne le jardin: il est nécessaire d'en faire l'entretien et couper le haies une fois par semaine, cette procédure dure 4 heures mais elle est nécessaire pour maintenir le cadre toujours en ordre.Pour le change des draps et des serviettes, je confirme que j'étais contrarié avec l'équipe de nettoyage, pas absolumment avec vous!J'aimerais aussi comprendre ce que vous entendez pour services et infrastructures, parce-qu'en effet vous avez passé 12 jours sur votre terrasseComme je suis toujours à l'écoute pour mes clients, j'aurais préféré être contacté pour tous besoins et toutes perpléxités.

  Piscine non ouverte début mai en raison de la météo Ne pas hésiter à demander le chauffage si les journées sont encore fraiches
