Gospodarstwo położone jest na wzgórzach wioski Bogliasco , w sercu Zatoki Paradise, w panoramicznym miejscu , z którego można podziwiać wspaniały widok na morze od najbliższego zaplecza aż po przylądek Portofino.

Nasza farma powstała ponad 70 lat temu i zawsze zajmowała się produkcją kwiatów szklarniowych, takich jak róże, gardenes i storczyki . Obecnie główną uprawą są storczyki, celty i calle. Dzięki ponad 300 drzewom oliwnym i owocowym rozsianym na terenie posiadłości (ponad 15 000 m2 gleby) produkujemy doskonałą oliwę z oliwek, różne przetwory, dżemy, orzechy laskowe i likiery, produkujemy ziemniaki kwarantannowe.

Gry dla dzieci (DVD, telewizor 3D, PLAYSTATION), sala Sky TV, fitness i relaks (sauna na podczerwień, jacuzzi, bieżnia, rowerek stacjonarny).

Gospodarstwo jest idealnie położone, aby odwiedzić miasto Genua z jego akwarium, jednym z najbogatszych i najciekawszych w Europie, Stary Port i pobliską historyczną dzielnicę Molo, Lanternę, muzea. Również w krótkim czasie można dostać się do Nervi (9 minut pociągiem), Camogli (12 minut) Pieve Alta, Monte di Santa Croce, Monte di Portofino. Latem wiele z tych wycieczek (Porto Antico, Aquarius, Camogli, Portofino, Portovenere i Cinque Terre) można odbyć łodzią z molo Bogliasco.
