Bio Farm

Gospodarstwo, w którym nasza rodzina pracowała od 1986 roku. To stuakrowy majątek, który postanowiliśmy zachować w nienaruszonym stanie, jak zawsze: bez intensywnej uprawy, nawozów sztucznych czy pestycydów, ale absolutny szacunek dla ziemi harmonizujący działania z równowagą z natury, dzięki czemu od wielu lat ziemia posiada certyfikat AIAB włoskiego stowarzyszenia rolnictwa ekologicznego.

Jest krótki łańcuch dostaw od oliwy z oliwek: dall'oliveta do młyna na zimno do naszego stołu. Miód z uli daje nam nietknięty. Słoneczniki, pszenica, orkisz, jęczmień, lucerna wysiewana ekologicznie i żołędzie leśne karmimy hodowane przez nas zwierzęta dzikami, danielami, sarnami i bażantami, dzięki czemu ich mięso jest zdrowsze i smaczne. Jest łąka, pastwisko i lasy wysokich drzew, które dają nam pachnące drewno do kominka w kuchni. Są zaprzyjaźnione konie, koza Ornella, kury, świnie Cinta Senese, pies i nasze słodkie koty... Szczególnie sprzyjający mikroklimat, wysokość około 300 metrów i bryza znad morza sprzyjają suchemu i słonecznemu klimatowi. Humbert zawsze chętnie wyjaśnia różne relacje z tej pięknej krainy, ludzkie historie i legendy poznane w ciągu dwudziestu lat… a jeśli nie wystarczy… jeździć traktorem z Franco lub wyruszać na safari… dla dorosłych i dzieci jest najlepszy!

“The horse riding with Annamaria was great! As beginners, we enjoyed several riding sessions and it was a pleasure each time. The food was excellent (incl. the bistecca Fiorentina).
