My daughter and I had a wonderful week in this farmhouse apartment. A gem atop a Tuscan hilltop overlooking a beautiful valley.
Francesca was warm and welcoming, bringing us bread, wine and pizza for our lunch one day. Gave us a tour of the farmhouse and told us about the history of the area dating back to the Middle Ages.

Fabulous sunsets and scenery. Friendly ,helpful owner. Lovely pool and adorable animals and little granddaughter.
We were there for the peach festival and were treated to lots of free samples of the local peaches. Delicious!
The approach road could benefit from some attention. Very tricky in places.

The holiday at Villa Londa was perfect!!
We were a family with 7 adults, 4 kids and a baby and stayed at the whole Villa and it was perfect for us. The surroundings are breathtaking wonderful and the villa is very beautifully restored and decorated. This place even exceeded our expectations. The owner Francesca was very friendly and gave us help we needed.

Fantastic! Owner was a delight to meet. Our family of 5 had a splendid Italian meal with regional specialties. The apartment was by far the best place we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Oderwanie od rzeczywistości na wzgórzu
Spokojna okolica, cisza, prawdziwy relaks na łonie natury, piękne widoki (ośnieżone szczyty gór w oddali), domowa oliwa i dżem, prze miła gospodyni - troskliwa.
poza sezonem trzeba włączyć ogrzewanie co podnosi znacznie koszt noclegu.

Warto tam pojechać, jeśli nie zależy Ci na nocnym życiu w mieście.
Cudowne położenie, widoki, cisza. Apartament duży, wyposażony we wszystko. Brak TV - to też zaleta. Obok sad : śliwki, brzoskwinie - można jeść do oporu. Blisko do Florencji.
Konieczny samochód. Kilka kilometrów od miejscowości Londa. Dojazd z 1 km. pod górę z głównej drogi. Z samochodem - żaden problem.

Francesca, a tulajdonos nagyon kedves és segítőkész és a család többi tagját is megkedveltük. Rengeteg náluk készített olívaolajjal, borral, lekvárral és még több élménnyel jöttünk haza.Valamikor mindenképpen visszamegyünk...
Kicsit nehezen találtuk meg a házat, de ez aligha a tulajdonos hibája :))

Exceeded our very high expectations
Very comfortable accomodations with fabulous hostess in Francesca. A little out of the way and difficult to get to, but once you get there, it is heaven. Perfect for relaxing with family with spectacular views. Meal Francesca fixed for our family was the highlight of our 2 week tour of italy.
A little hard to get to but worth it.

Very tastefully restored accommodation. Fantastic views. Easy access to pool. Very friendly owners who were great with the children. Francesca speaks good English and can offer lots of information about the local area. A very peaceful and relaxing holiday.Just fantastic!
Very bumpy little road up to the farmhouse. You will need a car.

tout à fait charmant
Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, c'est une batisse haut perchée rénovée avec goût. Les couchers de soleil y sont splendides. Le site est à une distance raisonnable de Florence, on peut ensuite récupérer assez facilement les grands axes permettant de visiter les principales villes. Etant partis à la découverte de la Toscane en plein été (soit tous les jours de la route sous des températures élevées) nous étions très contents de pouvoir profiter de la piscine le soir venu.
la literie est vraiment déplorable, on avait vraiment l'impression de dormir sur des paillasses. C'est le point qui devrait être amélioré. La prestation sur ce point n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur.
I letti sono quelli di una volta, con materassi in lana che poggiano su di un assito in legno. E' un modo di riposare forse per alcuni un pò scomodo (per altri invece è risultato eccellente!)ma sicuramente in perfetto tono con l'ambiente. Li abbiamo scelti di proposito, e sono risultati anche abbastanza costosi rispetto ai materassi moderni che però ci parevano "fuori tema".Non si tratta di migliorare, perchè la scelta non è stata frutto dell'incuria ma di una seria riflessione.

un lieu idéal pour les amoureux de nature et de calme
A 35kms de Florence, offre tous les avantages d'un séjour authentique: confort, nature, calme. les amoureux du silence et du chant des merles ne seront pas décus ! La famille propriétaire des lieux est à la fois présente et discrète. Ils sont tout à votre écoute mais jamais indsicrets. un lieu idéal au coeur d'une région de rêve!
Pour les fondus de l'internet ne pouvant se priver de connection, les aléas des sociètés italiennes n'ont pas encore permis d'établir le net malgré le combat acharné de Francesca .

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Eigentümer.
Sehr abgelegen, daher sehr ruhig. Traumhafte Bergkulisse. Sehr freundliche Eigentümerfamilie (quasi inkl. Familienanschluß).
Erreichbarkeit nur über einen sehr stoßdämpfermordenden "Trampelpfad" (sehr abgelegen)

The setting was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views. The accommodation was very new and clean and the owner and her family made us very welcome.
