Jest to historyczne mieszkanie z XVII wieku, kilkakrotnie przebudowywane, o czym świadczą różne nisze i liczne otwory, które pojawiły się podczas fazy renowacji.

Jest to dom o powierzchni 150 metrów kwadratowych, składający się na parterze z dużego salonu z oryginalnym kamiennym kominkiem, jadalni z wyposażoną kuchnią oraz toalety.

Na pierwszym piętrze znajdują się 2 duże sypialnie ładnie umeblowane, każda z własną łazienką. Wejście prowadzi do dużego ogrodu przed starą kamienną studnią, a z jadalni wchodzi się na mały prywatny dziedziniec, na którym latem można zjeść posiłek na świeżym powietrzu.
