Nieruchomość otoczona jest wspaniałym parkiem drzew oliwnych, winnic i sadów z wszelkimi udogodnieniami, w których każdy może się zrelaksować i cieszyć dźwiękami natury lub popływać w prywatnym basenie (12X8 m).

W pobliżu basenu znajduje się solarium o powierzchni 500 m2 wyposażone w leżaki, stoły, altanę itp. z widokiem na niesamowitą dolinę Arno.
