Very beautiful relaxing surroundings
quiet surrounding, friendy owner/people,big bathroom with walk-in shower, great food, a lot to visit in the area. Owner gives lots of leaflets/ideas of what to do.

The location is good, because it is not too far from the sea and from the natural reserve Maremma. You can also visit several small Tuscan cities that are phantastic (Pitigliano, Sorano etc.) There is a nice swimming pool at the site, good parking place in the shade and table-tennis available.
The internet description of the site is a little bit misleading, above all the photos that are published there: there is the main house where three families are accommodated, and there is another house for four families - this one is very close (3 metres) to the main one. In the photos, you see only the main one which is a nice Tuscan farmhouse. So the privacy is very limited, the people are quite close to each other. This is the main reason why I think the price is not adequate. The hostess is very kind, but her English is poor, so it was easier to speak Italian (with my knowledge of very few Italian words). It is written at the internet site that English, French and German are spoken, this is not true for any of these languages (I tried). The equipment of the appartment with dishes is not very good. There is no guest book in the appartment - we have stayed in many holiday houses or flats throughout Europe - this one was the most expensive of all - and it is for the first time that the owners are not interested in the quests´ views.

A beautiful, tranquil setting - utterly idyllic.
Wonderful, warm welcome from Sylvia and Anna Andrei. They are incredibly kind and helpful people. The property is spacious, stylishly-furnished with antiques and quiet. The pool area is very attractive, lots of sunloungers, and umbrellas. Peace and quiet

posizione strategica per chi voglia visitare la maremma; locali molto funzionali e ben ristrutturati; proprietari disponibili e competenti

Proprio nel 2009 è stata aperta, a soli 300 mt, pertanto raggiungibile anche a piedi, una trattoria-pizzeria dove i ns. clienti potranno cenare e degustare un buon "Morellino" !!

Decisamente positivo. Persone squisite, accoglienza calda e familiare: struttura deliziosa. Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. A disposizione piscina, biciclette, campo da ping pong. Viziati dalla magnifica torta della signora!

Non ci sono aspetti negativi, attenzione è un po' isolata e non facilmente localizzabile, non compare sul navigatore, un po' difficile arrivare.

esattamente cosa ti aspetti da una vacanza ideale nella maremma toscana, persone vere che cercano di valorizzare la loro terra e ne fanno un'arte, territorio particolarissimo e pieno di storia, da scoprire cercando di capire, niente di preconfezionato, ottimo cibo e vino e compagnie non banali insomma l'esatto contrario delle disneyland artificiali che sono diventate le coste italiane non ultimo il costo non proibitivo, insomma tutte banalità ma sempre più difficili da trovare in una vacanza di tre giorni....
persone umane non i baccelloni della famosa invasione degli ultracorpi, territorio da capire che non tradisce le aspettative di come viene raccontato, cibo e vino fantastico
una colonia di vip che sta prendendo possesso della zona, ma abbastanza discreta
